Vice President, Chief Client Services Officer
As chief client services officer, Megan oversees service delivery and management, including direct management of some of TCC Solutions’ most complex projects and client assignments. Prior to joining TCC Solutions, Megan spent 15 years in health and human services in three states, where she served in various executive leadership capacities including Director of Health and Human services in two state budget agencies, and Assistant Secretary and Chief of Staff for a state Medicaid and human services agency. Megan also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Capital Improvement Board of Managers in Indianapolis.
During her tenure in state government, Megan managed the implementation of many large-scale enterprise IT projects. Her background in state government provides her with a practical understanding of how technology should be successfully deployed.
For her work in Indiana, Megan was awarded both the Governor’s Distinguished Service Medal and the Governor’s Award for Excellence.
