Vice President, Chief Client Services Officer
As chief client services officer, Megan oversees service delivery and management, including direct management of some of TCC Solutions’ most complex projects and client assignments. Prior to joining TCC Solutions, Megan spent 15 years in health and human service agencies in three states, where she served in various executive leadership capacities including as director of the Governor’s Office of Policy and Budget, assistant secretary and chief financial officer. Megan also served as the chief financial officer of the Indianapolis Capital Improvement Board.
During her tenure in state government, Megan managed the implementation of many large-scale enterprise IT projects. Her background in state government provides her with a practical understanding of how technology should be successfully deployed.
For her work in Indiana, Megan was awarded both the Governor’s Distinguished Service Medal and the Governor’s Award for Excellence.
