Manager, Training and Support
As manager of training and support, Janet oversees the help desk and user training services provided to early childhood education and care (ECEC) agencies, providers, educators and families. Janet works collaboratively with other TCC Solutions’ leaders to integrate user feedback into continuous quality improvement. With over 25 years of experience in curriculum development and facilitation, Janet knows how important it is to elevate the human experience in technology development and deployment. Janet also understands the importance of meeting users where they are and quickly providing a resolution when they are experiencing technology issues. Janet is certified in ITIL service management.
Janet is an active volunteer in her community and encourages youth development (body, mind and spirit) through sports and interactions with caring adults.
