TCC Solutions® developed eXpedite® specifically to support the child care inspection process. eXpedite® is an offline electronic mobile forms solution that collects and saves data locally until a wireless connection is made. eXpedite® digitizes and pre-populates client forms and checklists. Child care licensing inspectors document the inspection process, including summary of noncompliances and electronic signatures. Inspection data can be captured both online and offline and securely transmitted to Ascend® via active wireless connection. Once transmission is complete, further processing and necessary action may be taken in Ascend®. Together, eXpedite® and Ascend® are a powerful combination of technologies that fully support and integrate the licensing management process with the inspection process.
