TCC Solutions developed Ascend based on decades of experience serving state and local ECEC agencies. Ascend is a tightly integrated ECEC data system built on a flexible modular platform, allowing for deployment of selected or all modules needed to manage and support providers, caregivers, families and children. It has been deployed successfully across multiple states for many years. In addition to offering the latest security and hosting features, Ascend provides robust reporting capabilities to inform data-driven policy decisions and meet federal reporting requirements.

TCC Solutions developed eXpedite specifically to support the child care inspection process. eXpedite is an offline electronic mobile forms solution that collects and saves data locally until a wireless connection is made. eXpedite digitizes and pre-populates client forms and checklists. Child care licensing inspectors document the inspection process, including summary of noncompliances and electronic signatures. Inspection data can be captured both online and offline and securely transmitted to Ascend via active wireless connection. Once transmission is complete, further processing and necessary action may be taken in Ascend.
