As director of software development, Seth is responsible for designing, developing and, importantly, successfully implementing technology solutions that meet complex business requirements. Seth has more than 20 years of early childhood data systems experience and was part of TCC Solutions’ very first project to develop a child care licensing management system. Over his long tenure, Seth has become an expert at translating business needs into technical solutions. Additionally, he has a keen eye for detail and a knack for identifying potential risks and challenges early in the software system development process. Seth provides strategic guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and time constraints.
