Lisa serves as Senior Project Manager at TCC Solutions, bringing deep subject matter expertise in early childhood education along with strong project leadership to ensure business and client needs are met. Before joining TCC Solutions, she spent 10 years working in the early childhood field, including as a child care center director and later as a supervisor for the New Jersey Department of Children and Families, Office of Licensing. In that role, she oversaw licensing inspections for child care centers and family child care providers across the state.

Leigh serves as a Project Manager for TCC Solutions. She is a strategic and impact-driven Executive Program Leader fortified by over 20 years of expertise across nonprofit and public sectors, conceiving and actualizing innovative frameworks that reshape program controls, streamline critical workflows, and increase outreach. Leigh is highly adept at advancing formal definitions, promoting, and safeguarding the welfare of Early Care & Education & Social Services programs that reinforce the continuity of program initiatives.

Dawn serves as an Early Childhood Project Manager for TCC Solutions, working with program and technical staff to bring together early childhood data systems that produce the best outcomes for our customers. Dawn has over 30 years of experience in the Health and Human services field, having served as Indiana’s State Director for the Part C early intervention system for over 12 years, as well as the Chief of Staff for the Division of Disabilities and Rehabilitation Services, serving Medicaid Waiver, and Vocational Rehabilitation. She is a committed leader, invested in the development of local systems that promote the independence and growth of all individuals within their community.

Deb focuses on enhancing state Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS) by analyzing data, assessing child care provider performance, and identifying areas for improvement. She collaborates with state agencies, providers, and community partners to ensure services meet state standards, provide actionable insights, and support policy decisions. Before joining TCC, Deborah spent over 16 years as an educator and master teacher, where she developed a deep passion for fostering student growth and learning. Throughout her career, she honed her skills in curriculum development, classroom management, and mentoring, ensuring that each student received the support needed to succeed. Deborah’s extensive experience in education laid the foundation for her transition into her current role, where she continues to advocate for quality learning environments.

In Daisy’s current role as a Project Manager for TCC Solutions, she provides effective project leadership to ensure the needs of clients are met. She is a results-oriented professional with 20 years of military experience and over 11 years of professional experience in statewide operations and system development. Daisy previously served as the Director of Technology and the Director of Early Childhood Data Systems for the Louisiana Department of Education. Daisy was the project leader to pioneer the LDOE streamlined Birth through Grade 12 Longitudinal Data System (EdLink), an innovative and complex project involving multiple vendors that replaces over 40 legacy systems.

As the Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) Rating Director for TCC Solutions, Angie provides leadership for the Rating Team and serves as the liaison for our customers to ensure continuous improvement of data management, professional development, and customer satisfaction. Angie has 35 years of experience in the early care and education field and has been serving as the QRIS Rating Director since 2018.
