Breht Feigh

President and CEO

As President and CEO, Breht leads the management team to deliver on TCC Solutions’ purpose and mission. His experience in care delivery systems instilled in Breht the value of melding technology with service to improve the human experience. Breht has held executive leadership positions with American Dental Partners, one of the largest providers of dental care in the U.S., including Medicaid- and CHIPs-eligible children, and Press Ganey Associates, the inventor and leader of the measurement, improvement and safety of patient experience in the U.S. health care delivery system. Both firms utilize technology as a backbone, and Breht witnessed firsthand the result of combining technology and subject-matter experts to positively impact care delivery.

Breht is active in his community. He is a former Big Brother and a current member of the Board of Advisors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts.

Melanie Brizzi

Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Melanie translates TCC Solutions’ mission and goals into actionable steps and initiatives that drive the organization and client forward. Melanie is an innovative, purpose-driven leader who collaborates with other TCC Solutions executives to ensure operational effectiveness at all levels. Melanie provides leadership for client projects and is highly engaged in strategic planning for TCC Solutions’ product and service offerings. Melanie has over 25 years of experience in early education. She owned and operated a licensed child care home, was a vital consultant for the design and implementation of Indiana’s QRIS, and was appointed as the Indiana State Child Care Administrator. Melanie directed the design and implementation of Indiana’s first pre-K program, a mixed-delivery system serving 4-year-old children from low-income families. Melanie also worked for ICF as the senior director of the Child Care State Capacity Building Center (SCBC) under a contract with the U.S. Office of Child Care. Melanie is a board member of First Children’s Finance and is also a recipient of the Indiana Governor’s Sagamore of the Wabash award for making a difference in the lives of young children.

Mike Boyle

Vice President, Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Mike is responsible for nurturing client relationships. He works closely with current and potential clients to understand their needs and identify how TCC Solutions can assist. Mike has established himself as an accomplished business development professional with expertise in government procurement and contracting processes. Mike stays directly involved with clients beyond contract execution to ensure high-level satisfaction and the achievement of desired outcomes. Mike also regularly meets with experts in the early childhood education and care (ECEC) industry to uncover developing needs so that TCC Solutions continues to offer innovative services and technology.

Mike actively supports the local school system in his community by providing supplies for educators and items of need for children and families.

Christine Bardsley

Vice President, Finance

Christine Bardsley is a seasoned finance professional with a commitment to strategic financial management and operational excellence. As Vice President of Finance at TCC Solutions, she shapes the company’s financial strategy and ensures robust financial health. Her diverse background includes financial roles on the executive teams for EnerDel Inc and National Programming Service where she led finance, accounting, IT, operations, and administration teams. She has driven significant revenue growth, negotiated key contracts, and implemented financial strategies with both companies. With over 20 years of experience, Chris excels in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, and is adept at streamlining processes and enhancing staff productivity.

He is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function, including alignment and execution of HR and employee engagement policies that promote the TCC mission and values. Larry brings a wealth of HR Leadership experience along with a passion for employee professional development. His diverse background includes roles in healthcare, logistics, and technology during high growth phases.
