A Full Lifecycle Talent Acquisition professional, Kelly has over 20 years of professional experience in the Information Technology space. He has worked within the Information Technology field his entire career, beginning as a developer and systems analyst across a wide range of industries. During the course of his career, Kelly has performed roles in IT consulting, vendor management, account management, and recruiting. Never one to forget what it was like to work as a developer, he brings a different perspective to the recruitment process.
