Lacey brings a systems-level perspective to her work at TCC Solutions®, helping clients build equity-centered, data-driven solutions.
“Supporting CCDF Lead Agencies means investing in the backbone of our early childhood system. By helping states build strong, compliant, and connected infrastructure, we lay the groundwork for policies that truly reach the children and families they’re meant to serve.”
