Lisa currently serves as the Senior Project Manager for New Jersey’s Child Care Information System, providing early childhood subject matter expertise and effective project leadership to ensure that the needs of the business are met. Prior to joining TCC Solutions, Lisa was a supervisor for the Department of Children and Families, Office of Licensing, and has 10 years of experience in early childhood education including, director of a child care center and conducting field inspections for licensed child care center and family child care registration for the State of New Jersey.

Leigh serves as a Project Manager III for TCC Solutions. She is a strategic and impact-driven Executive Program Leader fortified by over 20 years of expertise across nonprofit and public sectors, conceiving and actualizing innovative frameworks that reshape program controls, streamline critical workflows, and increase outreach. Leigh is highly adept at advancing formal definitions, promoting, and safeguarding the welfare of Early Care & Education & Social Services programs that reinforce the continuity of program initiatives.

Dawn serves as an Early Childhood Project Manager for TCC Solutions, working with program and technical staff to bring together early childhood data systems that produce the best outcomes for our customers. Dawn has over 30 years of experience in the Health and Human services field, having served as Indiana’s State Director for the Part C early intervention system for over 12 years, as well as the Chief of Staff for the Division of Disabilities and Rehabilitation Services, serving Medicaid Waiver, and Vocational Rehabilitation. She is a committed leader, invested in the development of local systems that promote the independence and growth of all individuals within their community.

In Daisy’s current role as a Project Manager III for TCC Solutions, she provides effective project leadership to ensure the needs of clients are met.She is a results-oriented professional with 20 years of military experience and over 11 years of professional experience in statewide operations and system development. Daisy previously served as the Director of Technology and the Director of Early Childhood Data Systems for the Louisiana Department of Education. Daisy was the project leader to pioneer the LDOE streamlined Birth through Grade 12 Longitudinal Data System (EdLink), an innovative and complex project involving multiple vendors that replaces over 40 legacy systems.

As the Paths to QUALITY Ratings Director for TCC Solutions, Angie provides leadership for the PTQ Rating Team, and serves as the liaison for our customers to ensure continuous improvement of data management, professional development, and customer satisfaction. Angela has 35 years of experience in the early care and education field and has been serving as the Paths to QUALITY Ratings Director for the State of Indiana since 2018.
